Meet the Owner

Locally Owned & Operated

Beth

I’m Beth, a proud Parker County girl, born and raised right here in Weatherford, Texas. I graduated from Weatherford High School and am honored to be a third-generation member of this wonderful community. I married my high school sweetheart, Austin, and together, we’re raising our beautiful children in the same town that shaped me.

Community has always been at the heart of everything I do. I’m honored to have been named the 2025 Young Professional of the Year by the Parker County Chamber of Commerce, and I currently serve as a Parker County Chamber Ambassador. I’m also proud to serve as the Secretary for the Business-to-Business group and as a committee member for the Women in Business Alliance.

My journey has taken many unexpected and rewarding turns. Before opening Sweet Southern Blowouts, I was a trained medical dispatcher, working nights handling 911 calls while building my business during the day. It was an experience that taught me compassion, calm under pressure, and the importance of helping people during some of their most important moments—including the unforgettable experience of helping deliver a baby over the phone!

For years, I’ve helped build and grow small businesses, and now I’m thrilled to have opened Sweet Southern Blowouts—my very own dream come true. As a busy mom, I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to find time for self-care. Washing and styling my hair often felt like one more chore on an already full list. That’s why I wanted to bring something special to the women in my hometown—a place where busy ladies can come in, relax, and leave with fabulous hair, feeling refreshed, confident, and rejuvenated.

Just a Dream

Momma.jpg

What started as a simple phone conversation about how fun it would be to open a blowout salon here in Parker County quickly turned into something so much bigger. The moment I shared the idea, she jumped in with excitement and believed in my vision from the very beginning. She made the decision to invest in my dream and help make Sweet Southern Blowouts a reality.

I am forever grateful for this incredible woman who has shaped me into the person I am today. Her love, encouragement, and unwavering support have meant more than words can say.

So, Mom… thank you for believing in me, cheering me on, and helping bring this dream to life.
